Released via Solid State Records (Underoath, Demon Hunter) and produced by Will Putney (Miss May I, Stray From The Path) Slave To Nothing debuted at #49 on the Billboard Top 200 as well as took the # 3 Hard Music Album position in the U.S. upon the week of its release.

Many media outlets echoed the excitement for the album that the band’s fans are. Some choice quotes regarding the album include Under The Gun Review who proclaimed it as “one of the most crucial metal releases of 2014.” HM Magazine echoed the thought calling the album “a metal masterpiece and Alternative Press noted that Slave To Nothing is "a more substantial and meaningful listen than far too many records in their genre."
